Introducing Ken Saddler, Blueprint’s New Partner & Business Advisor
Big news at Blueprint Business Advisory!
(I don’t normally use exclamation points. That felt weird. But I thought this news might merit one…)
To cut to the chase, as I normally do:
I’ve brought on a business partner, Ken Saddler.
Ken and I have known each other for 14 years. During our work together at a previous firm, we bonded over a shared appreciation for strategy over tactics, the Chicago Cubs, and our own direct personalities. (We’re nice, but we’re not “Minnesota nice.”)
Now, after years of my badgering, Ken has finally decided to join me here at Blueprint.
To say I’m pleased is an understatement.
Meet Our New Advisor, Ken Saddler
Ken comes to Blueprint with 36+ years of wide-ranging experience in finance and business leadership. (Man, he’s old. Wait, so am I…)
As a fellow CM&AA, Ken specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He’s also adept at driving profit, increasing business value, exit planning, and more.
Ken’s consulting philosophy is like mine: get to know your long-term goals first, then figure out how to help you achieve them. And walk with you every step of the way.
What Does This Mean for You?
If you’re a current client of mine, nothing will change. I’ll still be your 1:1 business advisor (although if you want a personal introduction to Ken, let me know).
If you’re thinking about working with Blueprint, you now have the opportunity to work with either me or Ken. We may even collaborate on certain projects — time will tell.
While I’m in Sioux Falls and Ken’s in the Twin Cities, we can both work with businesses anywhere. (Thanks, Zoom…)
You might start to see occasional blog posts and emails written by Ken. If you haven’t already, subscribe to our monthly newsletter for exclusive business tips here:
Regardless, I hope you’ll continue to follow our journey as we grow the firm. We’re both excited to help more business owners achieve their personal and professional goals.
Thanks for all your support thus far.
